Reaching your audience

Healthcare systems have a lot to contend with nowadays: donors who are being pulled in different ways, nurses who can go anywhere for their profession, doctors who are hampered by restrictions. If a healthcare system wants to thrive, it has to do more than just post on social media about the goings-on around campus. It has to create an awareness of what it’s doing and it has to create a feeling about who it is. I’ve seen so many healthcare systems focus on programming and not enough on why people go there. If I’m on your social, I want to see why people go to your hospital. I want to know why the community loves you.
